- What is the best way to go about asking your current customers or past customers for their phone numbers so I can make customer care calls? What are options if you do not have their number? How do you get started with customer care if you haven't done it in the past?

- When you are new, is it better to push really hard for a short time to launch your business or better to be a little slower, steady and balanced with the rest of your life?
