Start inviting people to learn more about your opportunity. Set up a time to follow up with anyone who may be interested now or in the future. You can invite them to get together for coffee or connect through Skype or Facebook. Use the time to find out about what they want MORE and LESS of in their life. Share the benefits in a way that focuses on what THEY need. Recruiting doesn't just “happen”. You need to create interest, follow-up, and explain the benefits and steps to getting started. The more times you do this activity, the more times you will recruit.
