Refund/Exchange Policy

Personal Customer Service

Our customer service team is trained to act like a small business owner.  We provide friendly, sincere and honest help for our customers.  All communications with customers are conducted with customers needs in mind.


Return Period

Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within 30-days of purchase.  A 10% restocking fee is applicable in all products, unless the item is defective.  If you return an item by mail, please allow 10 days of processing time.  You are responsible for all shipping charges. But if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-defective, opened CDs are not able to be returned.

Items That Are Defective

If you return an item that is defective, you will receive a replacement.  A replacement will be mailed to you as soon as Step into Success receives the defective product.

Exchanges

To receive an exchange, you must return your purchase to Step into Success, PO Box 712, Lakeland, MI 48169.   A replacement will be mailed to you as soon as Step into Success receives the returned product.
