Summer Success Tips – Your Perfect Theme Party Planning

Let's talk about the important stuff…

What are you doing this summer?

I know, I know…you might not associate summer with a good time to bring more sales into your business.

Think again!  Summer opens the door for one of the best types of events you can hold for your business.

Your Summer Theme Party Planning

The party model, whether you're doing it offline or online, is still one of the best ways to meet new people and grow your community.

Plus – you get to have FUN – which pulls away any hesitation you might have about sales, recruiting, or any of the other areas that seem less fun.

Even better, there are a wide variety of tools that you can use to make the PLANNING part of the process easier, which is the main reason why you might not like having a party.

marGo.me

Margo.me - An amazing party planning tool!

marGo.me is a fantastic party planning tool that you can use to communicate with both your hosts and your guests throughout the party planning process.

It starts simple, set up your party and plug all the information right into the system.

From there, marGo can help you create custom invitations for all sorts of different formats including:

  • Mailers
  • Printed Flyers
  • Images
  • Facebook or other Social Media Platforms

The good news is that you don't need to have much design experience, as Margo provides you with many excellent and customizable templates.

Designs from Margo.me

All of your party information that you entered is automatically populated into your invitations – so you can create quickly and then save to send anywhere you like.

Redstamp.com

Redstamp is a another great option for templates and mailers.

They even have custom templates for holidays such as “Cucumber Day.”

I'm not kidding:

Redstamp for party planning.

As you can see, this gives you a lot of flexibility for what type of party you can plan.

Redstamp has just as many templates than marGo and a few of the same features.

As I share in the video above – I often will use Redstamp via my phone to create images that I can save and text to hosts or guests.

Sending a printed invitation via Redstamp is more expensive than marGo, starting at $2.50 a mailer. But, digital invitations are free.

Focus on the Fun

The reason you got in business with for the flexibility, freedom, and fun.

This means you should be creative with your themes.

Think about your party in the same way you'd think about doing something fun for friends or family.

From there, choose the tools that make the most sense to make it easier to plan, invite, and grow.
