Now is the time to expand your team and your mindset!
When you intentionally focus on becoming a leader, not only do you
achieve the requirements to climb your compensation plan (thus, earning
more income!), you also get to experience the joys of helping others achieve
their dreams.
Being a leader doesn’t have to be scary. It also doesn’t necessarily mean
you have to have a large team or a title to be a leader. Being a leader
is so much more than that. A leader inspires others, takes risks, paves
the way for others and tries new things. They think out of the box, are
creative and stand up for what they believe in – even if they’re the only
ones standing.
Often a new or inexperienced consultant thinks that being a leader is
only something experienced people can master, but nothing could be
further from the truth! Anyone in this industry can emerge as a leader,
regardless of their title.
So, this month, STEP UP!
Become more vocal in your team group on Facebook, get creative with your marketing, consider joining a mastermind or board to bring (and receive) value from others and get outside your comfort zone!
Things to Think About for May
May is always a great month for direct sales! You have events like Mother’s Day, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, graduations and more! Be sure to have bundles, gift sets, and theme parties ready for this special time of year as well as $25 and under teacher gift options.
Having a strong May is also vital to having a great summer. Be sure to book your May calendar solid with parties, as these parties will help you find hosts for the slower summer months coming up.
