She is the mom of 4 girls and has been in the Direct Sales industry for more than 25 years, starting first in the field as a Consultant & Leader before moving into Corporate DS positions. For the last 10 years, Melanie has served as the VP of Sales at several Direct Sales companies, the Director of Training & Development at a social media software company and as a corporate business Consultant for various young & newly launching Direct Sales companies.
