• How long is the class available?

  Once you have purchased the class, you will receive lifelong access to the training. However, we do reserve the right to remove classes if they become outdated or irrelevant. Our number one priority is to deliver you the most current, up-to-date content and training available! If a class has to be removed, you will be notified before.

• How do I access the training?

  Once you have registered, please check your email for your assigned password and a link to the login page. This page gives you access to the entire course. Videos can be viewed from any device with Internet connection through this login page.

• Are there any recurring charges or membership fees?

  There are no membership fees or monthly charges associated with our digital academy classes. There is one-time fee for each class you register for. The price is dependent on the class.

• Am I allowed to share the classes with my team?

  Courses cannot be downloaded or shared. Logins are specific to the person registered and must remain that way. However, we have priced our classes affordably so everyone can take advantage of our training and information.

• Are these classes only for Direct Sales consultants?

  No! Our classes are suitable for all business owners who are looking to increase their online brand, sales, recruiting, appointments and so on. While some classes may be direct sales specific, there will be many available to business owners of all types.

• How do I share my reviews and testimonials about the classes?

  We love feedback and hearing how our classes and trainings have helped your business! You can share your reviews and testimonials on any of our social media pages as well as e-mailing them to info@stepintosuccess.com.
