Happy May!

Welcome to May!

This month I want you to focus on being a motivator to yourself and your team! We are about to head into what some may call the slower months of the year, but if you prepare now and get your team excited about what they can actually accomplish, these months don't have to be slow at all!

Next month, we are going to talk more about what you can do in your team Facebook group to get your team working. This month, I want you to help them reignite their passion for their business by revisiting their vision board.

Don’t forget to take a look at yours as well.

Are you well on your way to achieving the goals you set for yourself a few months ago?

Do you need to be reminded of why you wanted to hit those goals in the first place?

Does your vision of the lifestyle you want still match up with what you put on paper in January?

Take time this month for some personal development. Choose a book that you and your team can read that you know will get them excited about their business again.

And remember, like I mentioned last month, your May events will help take you into the slower summer months. Be sure to get those parties booked! Doing a booking blitz with your team this month is a great way to prepare for the summer.

Things to Think About for June

June can be a busy month for people with things like Father’s Day, school ending, graduations, dance recitals, weddings and so on. So, even though your customer’s availability may be limited, they are typically attending celebrations and occasions that require gift giving!

Be sure to focus on following up with your past customers in June and offering them bundles and gift giving ideas for the month.
